Salesforce and Tableau AI

We offer strategic consultancy to support the adoption of AI across different business departments.

The use cases we have developed show how adopting Agentforce can create concrete benefits in customer service and sales processes.

In this context, we implemented the Agentforce project to support customer service operations at Boscolo Tours. For Fedegari, introducing Agentforce significantly reduced response times and made ticket assignment smarter.

Within the Salesforce ecosystem, AI‑focused projects cover multiple business processes. We have developed several service and sales use cases in which AI agents support organisations in preparing commercial activities by suggesting relevant use cases and references to improve customer interactions.

In parallel, we launched integration projects between OpenAI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, the Carglass project, for example aimed at improving sentiment analysis and understanding customer interactions.

This type of integration is designed to be extended to other processes and contexts, adapting to different platforms and operating models.

Microsoft AI

We support organisations in integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot into daily workflows, transforming AI into an operational tool that boosts productivity and decision‑making quality.

We work on developing workflows to automate low‑value activities, make insights more accessible, and improve operational efficiency across key business functions, from sales to customer service, all the way to finance.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we developed an accelerator designed to maximise adoption: Copilot for Value, a structured process that guides organisations through Copilot implementation, maximises license usage, and translates adoption into concrete, measurable business benefits.

Infor Gen AI

With Infor GenAI - Infor ERP embedded generative AI - we help companies automate operational tasks, reduce manual errors, and optimise key processes such as supply chain, inventory, and reporting.

To support global projects, Atlantic Technologies has activated an international competence centre, developed in collaboration with Engineering, which includes a dedicated AI unit working on Infor AI use cases.
